Designing carrier bags

Class Four got a little deeper into their Design & Technology work this afternoon, looking at the way in which a variety of paper carrier bags had been designed and constructed. This involved disassembling the bags that they had collected and brought, to examine joinings, handles and fixings. We had quite a variety of types of bag, and they are beginning to think about how they will create their own designs.
