week ending 27/4/18

Date: 27th Apr 2018 @ 1:28pm

We have had a lovely and very busy week!

On Monday Sophia's Grandma came to talk to use about being nurse. She told us lots of really interesting things about our bodies and we used her stethoscope.

On Tuesday we had a lovely Stay and Play and then took our Mums to church to share Adam's assembly. We learnt about St George and all had a special biscuit which we iced with a St George's flag. There are some great dragons on display in Treetops!

On Wednesday Annie, Harriet’s mum came and talked to us about being a physiotherapist. We learnt lots about our bodies, bones and muscles.

On Thursday afternoon Sharon, Mr Hudson's wife, came and talked to us about being a paramedic. We learnt a lot and now we know about how to dial 999 and what happens if we need an ambulance.

We had a lovely time in the garden on Thursday morning planting seeds and weeding our beds. We have planted peas, beans, lettuce, sunflowers and nastursiums. We have also written some signs to go in the garden - when it stops raining (!),  to remind us to water the plants and to ask the birds not to eat our seeds and tiny plants.
