Our artwork

Our children create fantastic artwork, which is often related to our topic work.  Art skills are built gradually from Reception to Year Six, and the children's sketchbooks show the progress which they make.

Their artwork is displayed around the school, and can also be seen in their art books, and within all their work, where they often accompany written work with careful illustrations.

Art includes work with a wide variety of media, including pencils, charcoal, graphite, oil and chalk pastels and paint. Children are also given opportunities to work with collage, textiles, clay and 3D sculpture work.
