Week ending 22.6.18

We have worked hard on subtraction this week. We have used counters, a number line and our fingers to work out the subtraction questions. 

We have started making some beautiful paintings to sell at the Summer Fair. We read Noah’s Ark and chose our favourite animal to paint. We have also written about Noah and his ark. 

In the woods on Thursday afternoon we made ‘wood flags’. We talked about all the colours in the woods and found white, brown, yellow, green and purple and pink things to stick on. 

We have carried on talking about different countries. Harriet’s mum went to Germany and brought back some German bread and biscuits for us to taste - it was fun trying new things!
