Class Four week ending 10th June

It's been a busy four days after the half-term.  We have been back into maths, looking at mean/average.  In literacy children have been writing letters, describing some of the sights and sounds of the Jubilee celebrations, and we have been making a start on our DT for this half-term - designing a 3D insect.

They have also been discussing and learning about Queen Elizabeth I, and understanding why she is such a famous monarch.  We have also made a start on learning some of the songs which we are going to be singing in our summer concert.
