Class Four - Week ending 11th March

Date: 12th Mar 2022 @ 10:06am

We are beginning to have a sharper focus on the upcoming Year Six SATs papers which the children will sit in May.  They have been practising maths and SPsG questions and revising some of the areas which they have already been taught - sometimes it's tricky to remember!

Apart from that, we have been continuing our study of Hinduism, finishing off a few pieces of artwork from last half-term (look forward to the display coming soon!) and looking at life cycles of mammals.

In Literacy, we have been discussing how to build a character description - we started with a 'big, bad wolf' but will be continuing this next week.  There have been some wonderful pieces of writing which they will be proudly putting into their independent writing books.
