Class Four - Week ending 18th March

The week has flown past!  Children completed some lovely writing, using tension and suspense in Literacy.  We revised using co-ordinates by drawing emojis with them and learned about how the Tudors built their houses.

We made a great start with the DT project for this term - designing and making a moving Easter picture/card.  Now that they understand how their levers will work, they are beginning to create their designs.  There has also been a lot of discussion about our forthcoming trip to Castleton next week - very exciting!

This afternoon, in the sunshine, we took the opportunity to get out in the Sensory Garden and start to tidy up and do some weeding.
