Governor Visit to Liverpool Philharmonic.

Date: 22nd Mar 2016 @ 11:19am

Some days it is just great being a Governor and today was one of those days!
I was lucky enough to be invited with classes 3 and 4 to go with them to the Liverpool Philharmonic . We all travelled from school on a coach to Liverpool to see the amazing orchestra produce an array of compositions of Folk and traditional music from across the world. We were enthralled by the music and the interaction from the  presenter Alasdair Malloy.
After this we went to a park to have our lunch and this was rounded off by running around the park ( the children only of course!) before we headed back on the coach to be back at school in time for the Sport Relief Bake Off. A great day had by all and I was so impressed with the behaviour of all the children. A credit to Duddon St.Peters.
