Treetops week ending 7.10.22

Date: 7th Oct 2022 @ 1:29pm

We have had fun with science this week. We have carried on with our senses work. We tasted sweet, sour and salty foods. The lemon made us pull a funny face!
We have also used our sense of smell and talked about things we like to smell - it was fun.

We are still working hard on our phonics and in maths we started some shape work. We found out about Kandinsky who uses triangles and circles and Klee who uses squares and rectangles.

We used a hand drill to make holes in our conkers and then turned them into conker  spiders. Our spare conkers we used for threading onto a string and counting.
