Week ending 22.1.21

We’ve been working hard at home and at school this week. We have worked on floating and sinking, experimenting to see what floats and what sinks. We have also made our own boats and then put blocks in to see which boat floats the most successfully.

We have continued working on The Gruffalo and we thought about where the Gruffalo would live. We made our own Gruffalo houses. We also made log pile houses for the snake to live in and found out a little bit about snakes. 

We have revised 2d shapes and have also worked on our phonics. Reception have worked on sh ch th ng and ee.
