Week ending 8th October - Class Four

This week, the children have continued to develop their creative writing, linking this to the book study which we are doing.  They have written about the sights and sounds of walking into the rainforest, as Darwin began one of his expeditions.  Their writing is really beginning to show improvement.

Science has involved beginning to look at animal adaptations, in this case - the polar bear. They have also been researching islands around the world, from Madagascar to Majorca, ussing their IT skills.  Some of the aboriginal arrt has been completed, but we will be saving this to share after Art Week and the Art Exhibition.
