Workout

Date: 21st Apr 2020 @ 7:37pm

Hi Superstars,

I wondered if you wanted to join Grace and I every morning doing the Joe Wicks Workout. I thought it was a way of being together when we aren't actually together. I couldn't do it yesterday because I was in school, but Grace and I tried it today.

Joe Is hoping to get one million people joining him tomorrow, I hope that includes you. It was lots of fun today, but quite hard work. It is on at 9am each day, Monday to Friday, but you can also catch it on his website too.

Have fun.

Love

Mrs Entwistle and Grace x

Day 2,

It was wonderful to hear that Joe Wicks had got so many new followers this morning, I hope that included you. When you have started to do something for a few days it becomes a routine. Grace and I are enjoying our new routine and Max joined in today. Joe said it was harder than yesterday, there was certainly more jumping around. I hope you weren't as out of breath as me!

Anyway, happy workout. Stay healthy.

Day 3

I was in school today, so Grace waited until  I got home, ouch!  This was a tough one today. Well done if you did it.

Day 4 ( Friday)

Ok, I'm going to be honest, I was really aching today, so we had a rest day. Well done to you all if you managed it all four days, you are fitter than us!  Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine. Happy weekend. xxx

Day 8

Hi Superstars,

I hope that you have found ways of staying active at home. If you are getting fed up with the Joe Wicks workouts, he has shorter ones of 8 minutes or 5 minutes on his website. These are much easier and more appropriate for children your age. You can always do more than one, if they are too short!  We have been going on a daily walk around our village each evening too and also playing a family cricket game in the garden. I have been trying to practise my bowling. I'm not as good as some of you though!

Stay active, have fun. Take some pictures, or post some comments below.
