Week ending 7.2.20

We have had a busy week learning about 2d shapes and making patterns this week. We have printed with shapes and tried hard to remember all of their properties. On Tuesday everyone used the iPads to take photos of shapes around our classroom. In the woods we made shapes using the natural materials that we found around us. We also made shape biscuits - delicious!

We have also carried on with our phonics and counting activities. On Monday we investigated floating and sinking. We talked about why we thought big things sink and small things float and vice versa.
